Why You’ll Never Want to Leave

Respect People. Produce Results.

For more than 35 years, we’ve built a reputation for both the work we do and how we do it.

Respect shows up in how we work together and with our clients. It means trusting people to do their jobs, giving them the space to do it well, and holding each other to a high standard. Because when people are respected, they do better work, work that grows businesses, shapes culture, and builds relationships that last. And just as important, they have the support to build a career and a life worth investing in.

What You'll Be Helping Achieve

RPA is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to join our Analytics team.

More than just working with data, this role is for someone who knows how to turn data into a story people actually understand and can act on. The ideal candidate brings analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and practical business sense to the work, with experience across web and email analytics and confidence in both reporting and implementation. They also have a natural curiosity for how AI can improve the way we think, work, and uncover insights.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Deliver ongoing performance reports, translating data into insights and recommendations for business executives and digital stakeholders
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses (e.g. A/B testing, audience segmentation, campaign performance, pre/post redesigns) to uncover trends and opportunities that drive optimization and growth
  • Monitor performance and data quality, proactively identifying and flagging any issues to the appropriate teams
  • Contribute to measurement strategy across brands, including measurement planning, goal setting, testing strategies, and performance evaluation across web and email
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze channel performance, inform strategy, improve user experience, and optimize marketing and analytics initiatives
  • Support analytics implementation across websites and applications:
    • Develop tagging documentation aligned with business requirements
    • Conduct UAT for analytics tags in staging and production environments
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate tagging issues to relevant teams (e.g. account, media, tech, web dev, engineering, etc.)
  • Expand analytics capabilities through forecasting, automation, and business intelligence solutions, including the development of internal and leadership dashboards
  • Help shape an “AI-ready” analytics ecosystem by integrating AI into our data workflows, measurement, and governance practices
    • Craft, test, and refine generative AI prompts to support accurate and thoughtful analysis
    • Build and maintain a shared library of prompts, use cases, and best practices to enable consistent, high-quality outputs
    • Apply a test-and-learn approach, iterating, evaluating, and validating outputs to ensure they are grounded in strong data and sound judgment

How You’ll Excel In Your Role

Analytical & Technical Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, including troubleshooting tagging using network traffic and debugging tools
  • Strong experience working with raw data using SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Domo) to clean, transform, and prepare data for reporting
  • Understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and email analytics
  • Understanding of data privacy, governance, and responsible AI usage in a marketing and analytics context
  • Ability to build sophisticated reports, including case studies and performance recaps
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar), with a curiosity for applying AI to improve analytics workflows, reporting, and insight generation

Data Storytelling & Communication

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling through data
  • Experience creating clear, compelling presentations using Microsoft Office tools

Project Management & Execution

  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating across teams to support implementation timelines and deliverables
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders across technical and business teams
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across disciplines
  • Ability to escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of deliverables

Ownership & Work Ethic

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Resourceful in identifying tools, processes, and efficiencies to improve workflows and outputs

Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, engineering, economics) or equivalent practical experience

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
