Who You Are
HighLevel is seeking a strategically minded, execution-focused Ecosystem Partner Manager to build and scale our app integration partner network. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary connector between the HighLevel platform and high-impact complementary SaaS applications, driving both inbound and outbound partnership engagement to strengthen our global ecosystem.
You will lead cross-functional conversations with product, GTM, and channel leaders from integration partners to evaluate and launch new app collaborations that generate revenue (new and expansion) and enhance customer retention. These partnerships will play a pivotal role in accelerating strategic vertical expansion and advancing HighLevel’s growth as a leading ecosystem platform.
You are a builder, connector, and operator with a strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems and the ability to assess integrations not only for functionality but also for business and revenue impact. You bring a GTM-driven mindset to partnerships—proactively engaging inbound app developers while pursuing high-potential outbound opportunities.
As the go-to for early-stage partner strategy, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams on revenue modeling, enablement, and launch execution, ensuring each partnership delivers measurable value for HighLevel and its customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
App Ecosystem Development
- Own the lifecycle of ecosystem app partnerships—from identification to evaluation to activation.
- Drive outbound engagement with apps that serve core HighLevel verticals (real estate, legal, wellness, education, etc.).
- Evaluate inbound app integration proposals using a revenue‑first lens.
Revenue & Value Modeling
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and RevOps to assess the mutual business opportunity of potential integrations.
- Quantify potential impact on:
- New logo acquisition (co‑marketing, co‑selling)
- Expansion revenue (add‑on revenue through app usage)
- Retention/Stickiness (usage‑based retention lift)
Partner Activation & GTM Support
- Partner with Product Marketing, Enablement, and the Marketplace team to ensure successful launches.
- Develop simple revenue/enablement toolkits for partner managers and affiliate teams.
Internal & External Collaboration
- Serve as a cross‑functional bridge between GTM, Product, and external partner teams.
- Document partnership activity, revenue performance, and recommendations for future investments.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years experience in SaaS ecosystem partnerships, integrations, or business development.
- Deep understanding of partner‑led GTM strategies and integration value assessment.
- Familiarity with platform APIs and working with product/engineering teams to scope integration plans.
- Experience with vertical SaaS or platform ecosystems is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior success working in PLG or usage‑based environments preferred.
- Experience at a marketplace platform (Zapier, Shopify, Salesforce AppExchange, etc.) shall be an added advantage.
- You’ve worked directly with product‑led or usage‑based monetization teams.
- Ability to analyze partner performance data and generate actionable insights.
The salary range for this position is $75000 - $114000 annually.
