Position Summary

impact. As a Senior Accountant, you will perform general ledger-related accounting

activities including month end close, account reconciliations and financial audit support.

This role will act as a key contributor in helping build and maintain scalable month-end

close processes in response to growth in the business and operating expenses. This role

will support our Accounting teams cross-functionally as needed, as we are "One Team."

This will also include project-based work, including supporting the implementation of a new

ERP platform and building out internal controls and processes around the procure-to-pay

business cycle.


Responsibilities

• Work with key internal business partners and budget owners to prepare monthly and

quarterly accruals for various departments.

• Post journal entries, monthly accruals and reconcile multiple general ledger accounts as

needed.

• Support month-end close processes and ERP implementation related projects, as

needed.

• Liaise with external auditors and prepare/ provide necessary documentation to support

quarter and annual audits.

• Support cross functionally where needed and exhibit flexibility in order to support the

finance and executive team on ad-hoc requests.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field, required.

• 3-5 years' experience in Accounting; time spent in public accounting is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical problem-problem-solving aptitude, ability to organize work with large amounts

of information efficiently, with strong attention to detail.

• Enjoys working in a fast paced, high-growth and dynamic environment.

• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. CPA is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software (i.e.

advanced excel skills and NetSuite or SAP preferred).
