What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's most prestigious and high-value clients
  • Proactively recommends innovative and creative solutions for internal and external customers.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to provide an exceptional Premier client onboarding experience.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for clients and internal team members regarding campaign management and execution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, orchestrating the right internal resources, and consistently offering recommendations to drive better campaign performance.
  • Work with customers to understand their strategic marketing goals and desired business outcomes and utilize this information to to support upsell/cross-sell activity
  • Maintain high levels of customer retention and satisfaction contributing to successful Net Promoter Score Results
  • Troubleshoot and proactively communicate account opportunities and risks when they arise, and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Present meaningful data and metrics to clients, providing deep analytical insights and recommendations that will enhance their campaign performance.
  • Keep up to date on digital marketing trends, technologies and market leaders, and share this knowledge with colleagues and clients
  • Be a subject matter expert in various attribution suites, technical features of digital media campaigns.
  • In-depth analytical story telling for client reporting
  • Strategic partner with Strategus Labs that identifies specific beta features to introduce to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 7+ years' experience growing and retaining a client base in digital advertising (specifically CTV/OTT) or related industry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to creatively utilize data to tell a story and make strategic recommendations to a customer
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to other Account Manager team members
  • Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues
  • Experience building trust and rapport with clients to deepen relationships, while also effectively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Expert-level communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to analyze issues, make decisions and overcome obstacles
  • Solid knowledge of the rapidly growing and evolving AdTech industry, especially in the CTV space.
  • Professional and expert presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google workspace and Google slides
  • Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond to deliver a Best-In Class customer experience
  • Experience building trust and rapport with clients to deepen relationships, while also effectively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.

We offer a base salary of $85,000-$105,000, but that's just the starting point. This role includes a generous performance-based bonus program, plus a full benefits package, because we believe in rewarding the people who help us grow.
