With over 40 years in market research, Dynata is launching a new business unit, Offers, and is seeking an experienced account manager in performance media to drive revenue and business growth. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing high-impact campaigns and advertising relationships aimed at monetizing our member base through our offer wall of incentivized ads, game downloads, online purchases, cash-back offers, receipt scans, and more. With your experience in account management, you’ll serve as the key points of contact for advertisers—ensuring campaign success, hitting performance targets, and unlocking new growth opportunities for both our partners and the business. 

RESPONSIBILIES:  

  • Advertiser Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact for communications; build strong relationships and proactively address business needs and/or concerns. 

  • Conduct discovery calls with decision makers and influencers 

  • Campaign Oversight: Lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of performance campaigns across our media portfolio. 

  • Yield management Expertise:  Utilize data and analysis to constantly test/improve the revenue and take rates generated by proper offer positioning, rate increases, propensity modeling across the world an-d across multiple categories of offers 

  • Business & Account Growth: Work closely with both programmatic and direct advertisers with a focus on growth; add new opportunities and increased payouts to current accounts.  

  • Reporting & Analytics: Deliver actionable performance reports and present campaign insights that support business growth. 

  • Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets/caps across channels and manage invoicing processes.  

  • Master various pane placement opportunities, demographics, propensity modeling, pricing, and how to apply these to satisfy client needs and fulfill project requirements 

  • Seek competitive insights and intelligence to inform the company of challenges and opportunities in the marketplace 

  • Qualify accounts to determine fit for the business and effective use of company resources 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve successful client interactions and project outcomes 

  • Work closely with Sales leadership to ensure account strategy is aligned with company goals and objectives 

 

EXPERIENCE  

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, ideally within a performance media or digital marketing environment. 

  • Proven success managing programmatic and direct advertising relationships.  

  • Demonstrated ability to grow account relationships by driving measurable outcomes CPIs, CPAs, ROAS, and revenue growth.  

  • Experience working in a performance-driven environment, managing multiple accounts and growth initiatives simultaneously.  

  • Proven ability to deliver consistent results against financial targets over an extended period of time. 

  • Ability to quickly manage a pipeline 

  

  • Hands-on approach - not afraid to maneuver through all aspects of the business (sales, strategy, ops, marketing, product development, recruitment etc.) 

SKILLS  

  • Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation), organizational, and intrapersonal skills. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously. 

  • Ability to work with advertiser marketing platforms such as Tune, Ever Flow, Apps Flyer, etc.  

  • A strong analytical mastery of how to utilize data to make informed, logical and forward-moving decisions; pathing a way to growth 

  • Extensive knowledge of Tableau, Excel, Pivot Table building and plotting graphs/charts to maintain growth and use as a communication tool for management awareness 

  • Negotiation skills.  

  • Ability to analyze data and problem solve. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel.

The base salary range for this position in is $80K - $125K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
