As a Partner Account Manager (PAM), you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts including a Fortune 5 hyper scaler while driving revenue through consultative selling and strategic relationship-building. This role requires a high-performing sales professional who can manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Revenue growth from current and new business is a top priority!
Main Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, industry challenges, and competitive landscape to deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize value for the Customer and HERE
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Drive revenue growth through a hunter mindset by identifying new opportunities – qualify opportunities, define unique value propositions, and devise strategies to acquire additional revenue.
- Grow and accelerate revenue from existing customer including a hyperscaler and apply strategies to reduce time to revenue and firm-up revenue streams.
- Leading sales activities with appropriate technical and management staff to develop solutions and proposals for both potential and existing customers
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases.
You have:
- 10+ years of complex software solutions sales experience to global technology companies with revenue over $40B.
- Consistent track record of quota attainment and overachievement of sales targets
- Ability to execute a complex sales process, including coordination of commercial and technical pre-sales resources
- Deep knowledge of location technology
- Deep expertise in transportation and logistics
- Strong ability to interface effectively with key stakeholders, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker willing to challenge status quo with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions
- Experienced in building long lasting relationships with multiple decision makers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Capable of travel to key operations and customers across the world.
- Bachelor’s degree in management or business administration – Masters Preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven with a high level of accountability.
- Team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative culture.
- Adaptable and open to feedback in a growth-oriented environment.
The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan with a target of 66.7% of base salary. Final payouts depend on individual and company performance. (Target Total Compensation = Base Salary + 66.7%)
