As an SQA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts while collaborating closely with development, product, and QA teams. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will help enhance our test automation frameworks and contribute to delivering scalable, high-performance applications that meet Clear Capital’s standards of excellence.

What You Will Work On

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to building and enhancing test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
  • Participate in test planning, execution, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and consistent testing

Who We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation.
  • Proficient in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or a comparable language.
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and integrating automated tests into DevOps pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with performance or load testing tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile development practices is a plus.

What You Can Expect

  • Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $87,000 to $109,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
