The Opportunity

As the Sponsorship Sales Manager you'll be responsible for selling Summit and MAX sponsorships globally. You'll work closely with Adobe teams and top strategic partners to build opportunities for them to have meaningful experiences at Adobe events, ensuring their success.

What you'll Do Sales:
  • Responsible to meet budget for Summit and MAX sales for Global Events, including Summit, MAX, MAX London, and Global Summits
  • Work with the partner and sales teams to define overall strategy
  • Identify key strategic partners and bring to bear their relationships to sign new business
  • Integrate Summit and MAX packages with Partner team's go-to-market plan
  • Collaborate with Event Sponsor Team to Develop Summit and MAX prospectus, MPOs, and pricing
  • Responsible for meeting clients during Events to acquire feedback on the events and encourage participation in next year’s events
Prospecting:
  • Responsible for prospecting new business for Summit and MAX
  • Attend events/conferences to meet with sponsors to drive new business
  • Bring value propositions for sponsors, including special verticals, Adobe teams, etc.
  • Build special opportunities with Partner Managers, Sales, and Product teams
Global Sales and Management:
  • Contribute sponsorship strategy to Global events
  • Provide expertise with other internal Adobe teams on building sponsorship packages for their events
  • Provide sales support with strategic accounts
  • Manage logistics and event team communications for Global MAX events
Operations and Marketing Management:
  • Contribute to attendee survey demographic questions, sponsor surveys, and sponsor marketing emails
  • Manages MAX sales web leads
  • Lead efforts with Legal to create contract templates and to manage contract redlines.
  • Work with Sponsorship Sales Director to vet companies that have potential competitiveness with Adobe products at MAX
  • Responsible for following your accounts for collections
  • Responsible for sponsor sales and prospecting information entry into CRM (PowerApps)
  • Collaborate with floorplan, signage, sponsor session content, housing/registration teams as needed
  • Provide support to sponsors in the Community Pavilion during set up and throughout events
  • Collaborate with Adobe events team staff on any sponsor concerns for Summit/MAX
What you need to succeed
  • Degree or equivalent experience or 5-10 years of practical experience
  • Collaborative and positive attitude with a creative and flexible approach to sales
  • Go-getter who is a good communicator and efficient with their time
  • Knowledge and experience of working with a CRM
  • Experience in the events industry is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
