* The Sponsorship Coordinator executes CDW's sponsorship programs through vast amount of ticket inventory uploading, distribution and tracking, running on-site events, completing finance analysis, and reporting out key stakeholders and decision makers. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and interested in the sports sponsorships and brand space.
* What you'll do
* Ticket inventory management (upload, recruiting, distribution, tracking and system maintenance)
* Plan, run and analyze customer sponsorship events
* Maintain reporting dashboards and metrics for ROI on sponsorships and hosting events
* Delivering creative assets that build brand awareness and perception at sponsorship properties
* Own end-to-end budget management of specific sponsorship partnerships (forecasting, reconciliation, invoicing and expense tracking)
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and 2 years of experience in Marketing, Events, or Administrative Support OR
* 6 years of experience in Marketing, Events, or Administrative Support
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with CRM and event management tools is a plus
* Willingness to work flexible hours during event periods Pay range: $51,000-$70,200 depending on experience and skill set Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
