Job Description

Position Purpose:

Manages order-related activities for assigned B2B customers, ensuring timely and compliant execution of operational processes, while supporting process standardization, continuous improvement, and small projects within Sales Operations.

 

Your key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage customer service activities for assigned customers, including forecasting, order management, complaint handling, and dunning, in line with internal standards and customer-specific requirements
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders using the relevant systems and tools
  • Monitor the order-to-cash process for assigned customers to support operational continuity and compliance. Maintain proactive and solution-oriented communication with assigned customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
  • Coordinate with Commercial Directors, supplying sites, and other internal functions to support smooth execution of customer orders and related activities
  • Support visibility of customer priorities within the organization and help ensure internal stakeholders understand account-specific requirements and business relevance. Report technical complaints and transport deviations within defined timelines and according to established processes. Prepare for and participate in S&OP meetings, providing relevant order, forecast, and customer information
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Sales Operations processes and service delivery. Maintain strong focus on compliance requirements across all operational activities, ensuring adherence to applicable processes, controls, and quality standards. Independently manage small-scale projects within the B2B environment, ensuring structured execution and alignment with agreed objectives
  • Identify and support implementation of improvements to Sales Operations processes. Support implementation of operational changes and introduction of new processes across the organization
  • Maintain and continuously improve training materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and operational relevance. Support projects related to business expansion and growth initiatives within the B2B segment.

What you will bring to the role:           

Essential Requirements:                          

  • 6–8 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, project coordination, or related functions, ideally in a pharmaceutical or GCC environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and commercial processes, including complex order-to-cash workflows
  • Good knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory-related processes in a global environment
  • Experience managing operational priorities independently and supporting cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting month-end closing activities and operating within audit-compliant controls
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation in a structured way
