Your Role 

The Specialist, Sales Mid-End plays a key role in supporting the Company's Sales Mid-End organization by providing business analysis, operational support, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination across sales, channel development, and strategic business initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering data-driven insights, developing business reporting tools, supporting sales enablement and channel growth, and improving operational efficiency through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong financial acumen, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to support business decisions and improve performance.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools to improve business visibility and insights.
  • Financial Analysis: Support financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance evaluation.
  • Channel Support: Enable Channel Development from Sales Mid-end, design initiatives by coordinating sales enablement activities and tracking performance.
  • Business Reporting: Prepare presentations, management reports, and business materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Robotics Business Support: Support robotics business initiatives through project coordination, data analysis, performance tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Robotics teams to execute strategic initiatives and improve business performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 Years related working experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accountability and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial analysis, wealth management, or business operations (internship or professional)
  • Experience supporting marketing or digital engagement channels
  • Exposure to robotics, AI, or technology-driven programs
  • Familiarity with business strategy, data analysis, or robotics/AI coursework
