Our goal is to engage with users and audiences by leveraging strategies across the World of Red Bull (Brand, Sports, Culture, Sales, and Media House). We approach consumer relations in a strategic way – aligned with our brand and product communications tenants and following clear operational Consumer Response Handling processes. We respond to daily inquiries received through our website and leverage Red Bull assets to support and execute targeted consumer initiatives in alignment with our Product Communications strategy and Brand Marketing objectives. 

Job Description

Consumer Relations 

Deploy informative responses to consumer inquiries in the voice of Red Bull, bringing the brand and product to life while satisfying the consumer’s request across inquiry groups including Product, Sales, Brand, Culture, Legal, Event Support and others. 

Prioritize inquiries received through the official inquiry webpage and reprioritize as needed to align with department and organization priorities. 

Support select campaigns as assigned and execute plans that optimize 1:1 engagement opportunities 

Record and adapt based on key learnings to consistently evolve best practices for consumer relations 

Manage and process inbound physical mail from consumers. 

Identify opportunities to meaningfully leverage consumer incentives (product trial, gifting merchandise, discounts, etc.). 

 

Strategic Messaging Development 

Create reactive and opportunistic consumer messaging with alignment from internal teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and strategic messaging across all consumer inquiry topics. 

Collaborate cross-functionally with our Legal teams to develop approved responses for emerging inquiries and topics. 

Maintain a repository of messaging frameworks to ensure alignment with brand tone of voice and product communications strategy. 

 

Project and Workflow Management 

Maintain and continually update content asset library to ensure the most up-to-date, inspiring and useful correspondences reach consumers with each engagement. 

Funnel sales leads and other department-relevant inquiries to the proper internal stakeholders/teams. 

Work efficiently and diligently across multiple projects while prioritizing attention to detail, quality standards and deadlines. 

Develop and maintain positive relationships and ways of working across cross-functional teams. 

Escalate sensitive inquiries to manager immediately. 

 

Tracking & Reporting 

Track and compile reports on KPIs including number of engagements via all platforms (redbull.com, Zendesk, consumer incentives). 

Gather weekly consumer engagement feedback for manager review, recommend and apply key learnings. 

Compile qualitative engagement content for monthly reports. 

Monitor and report trending inquiry topics to management. 

Qualifications

1-2 years consumer relations experience with proven track record of accomplishments 

Strong interpersonal skills across consumers and colleagues 

Intuitive communicator, astute and adaptable to broad consumer base and evolving landscape 

Previous experience with marketing programs and campaigns 

Self-starter, creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables 

High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values  

Desired skills: Microsoft Office applications, Zendesk, and Airtable  

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

 

The base salary range for this position is $51,200 to $76,800 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
