Job Summary:
The Implementation Specialist on the Pathway DC Team is primarily responsible for facilitating the implementation of new clients into the Pathway DC solution. The Pathway DC team receives new opportunities from the Institutional Growth Team and this role serves as the primary point of contact between the clients and the recordkeepers throughout the onboarding process. The Implementation Specialist also assists with the transition of existing clients into the solution, as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with converting referrals from Institutional Growth into clients as assigned by Director
Serve as the primary contact for new clients and recordkeepers during the onboarding process
Maintain and execute on project timelines for timely plan implementations and/or conversions
Attend assigned recordkeeper and client meetings including welcome and/or launch calls, plan design calls, and any other necessary internal and team meetings
Strive to exceed client expectations of the Pathway DC solution throughout the onboarding process
Understand end-to-end onboarding workflow and proactively strive for efficiency and scalability
Maintain a current understanding and compliance with Mariner policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
3-5 years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University
Skills:
Ability to partner cross functionally across multiple business units
Maintains a high level of professionalism and knowledge of the defined contribution industry, service providers, regulations and trends
Collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
Works with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and detail orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Displays the ability to be flexible with multiple priorities and changing deadlines
