We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting ll, to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Conduct accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and moderately complex funds, including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.
  • Drive Service Improvement plans, target efficiencies, enhance processes, and perform specialist review functions.
  • Check the work of more junior team members and provide guidance as needed.
  • Perform cash and asset reconciliations related to more intricate accounts or transactions within assigned funds, reconcile account expenses for more complex transactions, and escalate atypical transactions to senior team members.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience is preferred.
  • Big 4 accounting firm experience is preferred.
  • May provide guidance to less experienced team members and may have people management responsibilities in some geographies.

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
