As of 2026, BABG has entered a new strategic phase in its security business. VIVOTEK, a leading global security solutions provider, has aligned with fellow Delta subsidiary March Networks, a Canada-based intelligent video security brand. Together, the two brands are integrating technologies, expanding their portfolios, and developing vertical-specific applications to capture emerging market opportunities.

Position Overview:
The Specialist, Events & Demand Generation is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that drive qualified demand and pipeline growth for VIVOTEK USA. This role owns the strategy and execution of event marketing and demand generation campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment between digital programs, in-person experiences, and sales objectives.

This position requires a results-driven marketer with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of B2B demand generation, and hands-on experience executing both digital campaigns and high-impact events.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Digital Campaigns

·       Own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, webinars, and integrated event follow-ups.

·       Manage email and nurture campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamics to drive lead acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

·       Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies to support targeted outreach and account-based initiatives.

·       Own the end-to-end webinar program strategy and execution within Zoom, from setup and promotion through post-event lead follow-up.

·       Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.

Event Strategy & Execution

·       Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 events, including trade shows, roadshows, partner events, and customer engagements.

·       Own event logistics end-to-end, including product placement strategy, equipment requirements, internet connectivity, booth setup, and vendor coordination.

·       Ensure events are executed to a high standard, delivering consistent brand presence and a strong customer experience.

·       Partner with sales to align event goals, lead capture strategy, and post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline impact.

·       Manage event timelines, budgets, and internal coordination to ensure flawless execution.

Creative & Campaign Enablement

·       Oversee the development of event and demand generation collateral, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and sales enablement assets.

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure creative assets align with brand standards and campaign objectives.

·       Support the creation of visual and messaging assets that enhance campaign performance and event engagement.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·       5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and event marketing.

·       Proven experience managing digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person events that support pipeline growth.

·       Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Constant Contact).

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and translate data into actionable insights.

·       Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

·       Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
