At Red Bull we use displays and large LED installations to create staggering content experiences and consumer interactions.  We’re looking for a passionate and proactive team player to join our Digital Poster Operations team in Santa Monica. As an entry-level Specialist, you’ll collaborate on the rollout, support, and optimization of Red Bull’s digital signage projects across North America. Your role offers a diverse range of tasks, whether it’s bringing screens to life in retail spaces, assisting at events across North America, creating and managing assets, or training users on our tools. You’ll be gaining hands-on experience while working with national and regional teams. Job Description

SUPPORT DIGITAL SIGNAGE ROLLOUTS

Assist in setup and deployment of digital signage screens in stores, at events, and field locations

Prepare and preconfigure devices to help with smooth in-field executions

Collaborate with logistics and warehousing partners

 

ASSIST FIELD AND REGIONAL TEAMS

Provide support (remote and on-site) for regional and national teams using our digital signage system

Participate in trade fairs and regional events, offering technical and operational support

Help onboard new users and assist with basic training on hardware as well as content and scheduling tools

 

ENSURE FLAWLESS CONTENT DELIVERY

Monitor screen status and content playback to ensure all signage is running smoothly

Schedule and update content based on campaigns and activation goals

Work with stakeholders to create timely and relevant visual experiences

 

GUIDE SIGNAGE DESIGN AND PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Advise national and regional teams on optimal signage setups that fit their needs

Recommend appropriate screen sizes, layouts, and configurations to suit content types

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure correct content delivery

 

DELIVER TRAINING AND CREATE RESOURCES

Support internal teams with simple how-to guides and process overviews

Run basic trainings (virtually or in-person) for local users of the platform

Gather feedback from users to help improve our tools further

 

COLLABORATE ACROSS FUNCTIONS

Coordinate with product managers, event teams, and global HQ to align on rollouts and updates

Bring back learnings from the field to help improve products, processes, and placements

Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing our signage solutions

Qualifications

Curious, hands-on, and proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn and helping others succeed

Adept at management and organization

Excellent verbal and written communication with a keen eye for detail

Relevant work experience or a degree in the technology and media space, or a related field, is a plus

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
