The Consumer Collecting Specialist (CCS) is an integral member of the Santa Monica Brand Marketing team and is responsible for managing and improving Student Marketeer engagement through internal platforms. This role includes developing and overseeing the leadership curriculum and program for Student Marketeers, as well as managing tools such as RBU, BI, BPTool, and The Hub.
The CCS plays a key role in ensuring excellent field execution by conducting visits, providing feedback, and maintaining alignment with regional teams. The position will work closely with key stakeholders to develop tools and marketing plans, lead inventory and fleet management, and contribute to business planning.
In addition, the CCS supports the Senior Manager, Consumer Collecting (SMCC) on cross-functional initiatives, collaborating on planning for consumer activations and product launches, and helping ensure a coordinated, high-impact approach across regions.

The CCS also supports the Senior Manager, Consumer Collecting (SMCC), on cross-functional initiatives by helping plan Consumer Activations and product launches, ensuring a consistent, high-impact approach across all regions.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Manage content and community engagement for Student Marketeers on internal platforms, and propose new tools and processes to strengthen community management and team development.
Develop the curriculum and oversee program management for the Student Marketeer Team Lead role.
Oversee the community of Student Marketeer Occasion Tentpole and Project Leads, collaborating with the Consumer Collecting Manager (CCM) and SMCC on full-time and part-time people development.
Contribute to the development of Student Marketeer trainings, including role onboarding, sales training, and monthly meeting content.
Oversee the management and maintenance of internal platforms, including RBU, BI, BPTool, and The Hub.
COACHING & DRIVING QUALITY EXECUTION
Conduct field visits to ensure high-quality execution and provide feedback to the Regional Brand Marketing team.
Collaborate with Regional Brand Marketing Specialists to deliver consistent feedback and coaching to Student Marketers.
Ensure alignment in the field with the current program recruitment process and sourcing strategies.
Compile and share global and national best practices and insights with Brand Marketing Specialists and Student Marketers via internal platforms.
Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consumer collection dashboards and performance targets.
PROGRAM & PLATFORM MANAGEMENT
Support the development and delivery of tools needed to implement Consumer Collecting (CC) initiatives.
Connect with key stakeholders (Regions, Santa Monica, Headquarters) to share Student Marketeer program performance, future plans, and opportunities.
Act as the liaison for developing Entry Point Consumer marketing plans in the Regions, and support the implementation of new tools and hacks.
Lead the inventory management and logistics for Student Marketeer point-of-sale materials, tools, and fleet assets.
Participate in the annual business planning process, including forecasting and inventory management (fleet, clothing, and related materials).
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
Support national planning for occasions, consumer activations, and product launches by creating program tools and providing guidance for consumer collection activities in the regions.
Assist the SMCC with operations management for product launch campaigns.
Contribute to the sales support strategy by sharing guidelines and gathering best practices from the regions.
Qualifications2+ years of marketing experience
Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and project management
An understanding of sampling initiatives and collegiate program operations and strategy
Proven leadership ability to inspire and mobilize teams around a shared goal
Excellent verbal, written, and online communication skills, including presentation delivery, news and feature writing, and design
A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a broad, strategic perspective
Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an asset
Able to live and embody the Red Bull brand
Bachelor’s degree required
Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage
Additional InformationThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $65,600 - 98,400 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
