The Mandate
The Principal runs a global portfolio spanning investments, operating companies, and new ventures. This role is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder across all areas of build: problems that are high-stakes, largely undefined, and require someone who can take full ownership and see them through.
The Requirement
You will work directly with the founder to deliver structured action that turns complex situations and ideas into clear decisions and outcomes. The measure of success is whether the objective gets done, and done well.
The work crosses domains constantly; there will be projects across a variety of expertise areas, many of them unfamiliar. You are expected to own things end to end: from figuring out what the problem actually is, to building the answer, to seeing it through. You do not hand things off.
Applicants of diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. We are less interested in your background than in what you’ve actually done and how you think.
The Scope
The scope is broad and will evolve with the needs of the Principal. Past and current work has spanned startup incubation, acquisitions and acqui-hires, AI initiatives, real estate, data infrastructure, hiring, and philanthropic work, among other things.
What connects these is not the domain but the level of ownership required and the stakes involved. You will be expected to operate with full discretion and move fluidly across changing priorities.
The Incentive
We believe in aligned incentives. Your compensation will be structured so that if you deliver outsized value and solve high-leverage problems, you will participate in the upside.
To Apply
Send a brief note on a complex problem you solved simply because you refused to let it fail.
