Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sourcing & Production Lead to proactively support and elevate the global sourcing and production strategy by leveraging AI-driven insights, advanced reporting tools, and process optimization. Act as a key partner to the Global Sourcing, Production & Quality Sr Manager, ensuring high-quality reporting, proactive follow-up, and seamless vendor operations and negotiations. Enhance production workflows, and drive continuous improvements in vendor management, including pricing accuracy, documentation, and negotiation processes.

  • Track and follow up on commercial terms (MOQ, FOB, lead times, payment) with existing vendors.

  • Maintain documentation of vendor agreements and negotiation history.

  • Participate in vendor meetings and provide structured meeting notes and action logs with structured follow-ups..

  • Coordinate requests for quotes, cost breakdowns, and term comparisons.

  • Update dashboards and trackers to monitor vendor agreement compliance.

  • Collaborate with Product Development, QA/QC, and Beauty Ops teams for alignment.

Must have

  • Fluent in Mandarin and strong written/spoken English.

  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing coordination, or production support (apparel/beauty).

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and skilled in follow-up.

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic dashboards.

  • Confident communicator with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration (PD, QA, Operations).

  • Knowledge of vendor compliance and onboarding.

  • Exposure to Factory Allocation and Vendor Performance Management systems.

  • Proven ability to identify and solve operational inefficiencies.
