What You Will Do to Change Lives 

The Sourcing and Fleet Supervisor is responsible for supporting vendor sourcing initiatives, overseeing vendor contract management, and managing the organization’s vehicle fleet. This role ensures that goods, services, and vehicles are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively, in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Sourcing and Fleet Supervisor supports initiatives to implement short-term expense savings and contributes to long-term operational planning. This position also provides supervision to Sourcing and Contracts Coordinators. The Sourcing and Fleet Supervisor collaborates closely with operational leaders, legal, finance, and external vendors to optimize value, quality, and service levels.

 

Shifts Available: 

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday – Friday

Expected starting wage range is $108,905.47 - $134,542.23. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.  The pay range for this role will be based on the geographic location where it is performed.  Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 

 

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) 

  • HS Diploma or GED and five (5) years’ experience in finance, sourcing, procurement, contract management, or fleet management
  • Three (3) years’ experience in management, leadership, and development of staff for optimum performance.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Change management experience and/or experience building a new department or function within an organization
  • Knowledge of basic accounting practices as they relate to invoice/payment processing and cost allocation
  • Excellent computer skills with intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Occasional overnight travel to vendor locations or company meetings
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at the time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.
