JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sourcing & Analytics Coordinator is responsible for assisting with sourcing and analyzing contracts that support Fox Corporation. This includes the corporate travel program (air, car, hotel, and car hire companies) as well as office administration, logistics (Staples, Xerox, UPS). The role focuses on procurement, data analysis, vendor relationship, contract fulfillment, and supporting various business unit account access.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing Account Management & Support

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of Fox Corp accounts and associated users
  • Ensure all accounts utilize the American Express, BTA’s, V-Pay, P-Cards, etc., as the primary form of payment whenever possible
  • Monitor expenditure and vendor relationships and coordinate quarterly meetings to ensure compliance with contract obligations
  • Manage product pricing benchmarking against competitors to adapt as the landscape and business needs change
  • Handle password resets, manage conflict resolution, and support business unit accounts for Staples, UPS, and Xerox

 

Travel Program Coordination (Airline, Hotel, Car Rental, & Car Hire)

  • Support airline contract reviews and track travel spend against contract requirements and organizational goals
  • Manage car rental contracts and commitments, benchmarking performance and rates between vendors
  • Manage and maintain points of contact, ensuring the travel team is updated and documentation is current
  • Source car hire companies, ensuring compliance with certificates of insurance, vendor contracts, and service standards
  • Coordinate quarterly reviews and handle vendor conflict resolution

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Excel, pivot tables, formulas, financial tracking, and reconciliation
  • Outlook, efficient email management and calendar coordination
  • Word & PowerPoint, documentation, presentation, and reporting skills
  • Smartsheet, experience maintaining, and tracking workflows and reports
  • Slack, ability to manage communication channels, provide real-time support, and drive quick issue resolution

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-33.17 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
