We are seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in managing supplier relationships, negotiating competitive costs, and driving sourcing strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Cost Negotiation: Lead negotiations for favorable pricing and incentives to optimize cost savings.
  • Competitive Bidding & Sourcing: Conduct RFQs to competitively bid out existing business across multiple product categories.
  • Product & Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor offerings to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Alternative Product Evaluation: Identify and assess alternative products or suppliers that meet technical and performance specifications to reduce cost or mitigate risk.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track key sourcing metrics and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking, research, attention to detail, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Eagerness to learn new things, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset

BE REWARDED
Total cash compensation typically ranges from $144,000 - $166,000, which includes a base salary and annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability. We are committed to comprehensive benefits to support employees and their dependents, such as:
