About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Sourcer to help identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent across a variety of roles. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage top of funnel sourcing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound applicants and identify suitable candidates  
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Conduct outreach to passive candidates and manage follow-ups to drive engagement
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen resumes and profiles to assess skills, experience, and role fit
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
  • Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS or CRM
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing strategies
  • Share market insights, sourcing metrics, and pipeline updates with recruiting partners
Required Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, job boards, or ATS platforms
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience sourcing for technical, product, or hard-to-fill roles
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing techniques and tools
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking sourcing metrics

  • Partnering effectively with recruiters to meet hiring goals

For US-based employees, the cash base compensation range for this role is 75,000-90,000. We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. However, these ranges are specific to the hiring location and may differ within or outside the US.

Offers vary depending on, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications/licenses, skills, training, and market conditions. 

Due to regulatory and security reasons, there’s a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based. Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.
