Job description
We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Contract Sourcer to play a pivotal role in building robust talent pipelines for our critical sales and technical teams. Your expertise will play a critical role in elevating ePayPolicy’s talent standards and directly impact hiring speed. This is a 3-month contract opportunity ideal for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of sourcing top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build high-quality pipelines for key technical and non-technical roles.

Become a subject matter expert in understanding the specific skills, experience, and qualifications required for each role, focusing on quality over quantity.

Employ creative sourcing strategies, leveraging traditional and nontraditional channels.

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through personalized and compelling outreach.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby).

Provide regular updates on pipeline progress in weekly hiring team meetings.
-
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical sourcing.
What you bring:
-
2+ years of experience as a sourcer, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment working on various roles. Sales and technical sourcing experience is highly preferred.

A strong track record of developing and implementing creative and successful sourcing strategies beyond traditional methods.

Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite), job boards, ATS platforms, and other related technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with technical professionals.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative and ownership of your calibration, strategy, and workflow.

A data-driven approach to tracking sourcing metrics

Must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor in the United States.
