The Content Operations & Innovation organization at Netflix supports content to thrill members with efficient operational workflows and execution while leveraging our scale and innovating to deliver more value on screen. Within this organization, we are looking to host an intern on the Soundtrack Operations team during Summer 2026. Soundtrack Operations supports the production, delivery, and distribution of Netflix Soundtracks around the globe.
As an intern, you will support the global team with case studies, data structuring, analysis, catalog operations, regional market research, trend mapping, and a variety of special projects.

Our team sits at the intersection of music, data, and operations, helping translate creative choices into organized, usable music assets. The Summer Internship
At Netflix, we offer a personalized experience for interns, and our aim is to offer an experience that mimics what it is like to actually work here. We match qualified interns with projects and groups based on interests and skill sets, and fully embed interns within those groups for the summer. Netflix is a unique place to work and we live by our values, so it's worth learning more about our culture.
Internships are paid and are a minimum of 12 weeks, with a choice of a couple fixed start dates in June to accommodate varying school calendars. Conditions permitting, our summer internships in 2025 for Content will be located in our Los Angeles, CA, office.
At Netflix, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine the Intern top of market. We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific internship team, degree, and years of education to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location.
The overall market range for Netflix Internships in Content is typically $20/hour - $40/hour.
