As a Solutions Engineer Manager within the Global Business Services, you will lead a team of software engineers that will aide us with Corporate Services technologies.
Our technology teams service a variety of business units. You will collaborate with our business partners, architecture and technology associates to deliver solutions to meet our business outcomes.
In this role you will lead a team of software engineers, focused on evaluating high quality solutions that meet our business needs, building high quality data pipelines, and reporting and analytics. You are a player-coach and committed to driving superior results through the application of modern engineering and data management methods.

You are a people leader, capable of leading a team of developers and product focused associates and contractors
Drives the end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS applications by defining product vision and strategy in agile delivery environment
You have in-depth experience with assessing vendor software and integration of various platforms
You can seamlessly partner with business users, architecture and other technology teams
You have the knowledge and experience to provide technical guidance to the team
You have experience with the implementation of Integrated Risk Management vendor software platforms
You have a global mindset, ensuring products meet the needs of all global operating models
You have a “one team, one dream” mindset, think and plan strategically, and drive team execution
Qualifications:
You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
You have 5+ years leading diverse technical or product focused teams
You have experience with modern data and software engineering platforms, capabilities and tools (AWS, Python, APIs)
Southern California Base Salary Range: $173,211-$277,138
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
