JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox Corporation is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our AI Enablement team and supercharge how we build, create, and collaborate with AI. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, helping teams across the company unlock the full potential of AI-driven tools. Whether you’re developing custom AI solutions or embedding next-gen automation into workflows, you’ll be making an impact by driving enhanced creativity and smarter ways of working. 

As a key member of the AI Enablement program within the Emerging Technology department, you will collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Executives, and other key stakeholders to turn ideas into reality. Your work will focus on leveraging large language models, AI coding assistants, generative AI tools, and automation platforms to achieve new business impact in production.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using advanced language models to support various business needs

  • Identify and evaluate AI/ML models for more custom solutions

  • Assist teams in onboarding and integrating AI-powered development tools into their workflows

  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI-assisted software development

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency and automation

  • Build and maintain internal documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support AI tool adoption

  • Stay up to date on the latest AI trends and advancements, evaluating new tools and their potential impact

  • Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for AI-driven development practices across the organization

  • Implement tooling to monitor adoption rates and effectiveness of AI tooling across the company

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 2-3 years of engineering experience

  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python or other modern coding languages

  • Experience with AI/ML models and prompt engineering

  • Data engineering skills to connect models to production enterprise systems

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor or other AI-powered coding tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for enabling teams through AI and automation

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-130,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
