Position Overview:

The Solutions Engineer is vital in providing both pre- and post-sales support, acting as a bridge between technical expertise and customer advocacy within Ceribell. This role demands a deep understanding of complex technical concepts and a proactive stance in maintaining robust customer relationships to support the strategic objectives of the Solutions Engineering team.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for internal teams and customers, creating solutions to overcome technical, procedural, and operational challenges.
  • Lead discussions on workflow integration, especially concerning EMR orders and system integrations necessary for embedding Ceribell products into client operations.
  • Collaborate with hospital teams on vendor intake processes including completing new vendor forms, conducting security reviews, risk assessments, and ensuring smooth testing and implementation.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, aiming for long-term solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight, adapting quickly to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up with current technical trends, and being able to create Proof-of-Concept when needed.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, providing critical support and rapid responses to emergent customer needs.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Solutions Engineering, with a strong background in deploying complex technology solutions in hospital or enterprise environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of networks, firewalls, security configurations, and IT infrastructure components including the ability to articulate and have a solid understanding of “how the internet works.”
  • Positive and professional and ready to be thrown into situations with customers or cross-functional teams to assess, develop, and prioritize solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, FDA, SOC2, HITRUST, FedRAMP, or similar.

Special Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the on-call schedule.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations within the US, with travel requirements up to 10%
Compensation Range
$84,000$120,000 USD

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
