Company Overview:
We are building Protege to solve the biggest unmet need in AI — getting access to the right training data. The process today is time intensive, incredibly expensive, and often ends in failure. The Protege platform facilitates the secure, efficient, and privacy-centric exchange of AI training data.
Solving AI’s data problem is a generational opportunity. We’re backed by world-class investors and already powering partnerships with some of the most ambitious teams in AI. The company that succeeds will be one of the largest in AI — and in tech.
We’re a lean, fast-moving, high-trust team of builders who are obsessed with velocity and impact. Our culture is built for people who thrive on ambiguity, own outcomes, and want to shape the future of data and AI.
Role Overview:
As our first Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between our customers, third-party vendors, and internal engineering teams. You will lead integration projects with external partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, and success of our platform within healthcare organizations and AI workflows. Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with partners and customers to own the end to end pipeline that runs from pre-sale to deal delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Create technical documentation, playbooks, and best practice guides for customers and internal teams.
Advocate for customer needs within the organization, driving continuous product and process improvements.
Be a creative problem solver and know when to deliver a quick, tailored solution and when to collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions.
About You:
You are curious, tenacious, and proactive.
You are not bothered by ambiguity but embrace finding patterns in complex environments.
Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting, working closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions.
