The Solutions Engineer supports the sales team by translating customer needs into solutions, conducting product demos, and collaborating with product teams on market feedback and configuration requests.

Whether demoing features, scoping requirements, or surfacing market insights to Product, you play a pivotal role in driving deals forward and shaping our roadmap.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the primary technical and functional resource supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle
- Lead tailored product demonstrations, deeply aligned to buyer use cases and value drivers
- Collaborate with the Product team to relay market feedback, inform roadmap priorities, and understand upcoming releases
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering on unique configuration requests or feasibility questions
- Respond to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs and assist in building proof-of-concept trials when needed
- Analyze prospect data and run rates to identify trends, forecast savings/ ROI, and support sales strategies
- Be the bridge between field feedback and internal product strategy
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years in a Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or Solutions Consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong collaboration skills and comfortable working across Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Experience with SaaS platform demos, RFP responses, and solution design documentation
- Bonus: Familiarity with FAVR or vehicle reimbursement programs
