Position Overview
Sei Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and optimize solutions for our clients integrating with the Sei Network. In this role, you will work closely with our customers, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions driving the future of web3 infrastructure.
We are looking for a technical expert with proven experience in EVM and Web3, who can bridge complex business requirements with practical implementation. This role requires direct engagement with some of the largest financial institutions and digital asset firms globally.
What You'll Do
- Solution Design & Implementation - Engage and consult with partners of the Sei Network to ensure stable, secure solutions. This includes offering best-practice recommendations, live solution design and discussions, and facilitating discovery conversations to better understand use cases
- Technical Leadership – Lead complex integration projects, guide cross-functional teams end to end
- Client Engagement – Act as the primary point of contact and build close relationships with our most high profile technical customers. Support them on any issues, inquiries, and escalations
- Innovation – Stay ahead of digital asset trends, blockchain advancements, and evolving financial infrastructure
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams on new features, and assist in identifying and resolving technical issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sei Network partners to ensure their seamless integration and continuous support
- Provide technical training and support to customers to ensure they are able to use our products and services effectively
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar technical role in the crypto or digital assets space
- At least 1+ year of supporting EVM specific technical challenges - Ideally in a similar Layer 1 blockchain environment
- Experience partnering with major financial institutions, custodians, or digital asset service providers
- Deep knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology, including Web3, DeFi, and smart contracts
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
- Previous experience in designing high-availability architectures is a plus
