The Solutions Engineering team is looking for hands-on engineers to help partners and internal teams design, build, and scale on the Sui blockchain. This team plays a critical role in enabling adoption by supporting integration with the Sui framework, designing and implementing smart contracts in the Move language, and building full-stack applications that serve as developer tools, internal products, or external-facing demos and PoCs. Role Description:
As a part of the Solutions Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in expanding the adoption of Sui & Move technologies among developers and partner companies all over the world.
You’ll design and develop Smart Contracts, create innovative Solutions and empower other software engineers by building tools, creating technical resources, and showcasing the innovative capabilities of the Sui ecosystem.
This role requires a proactive, developer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for helping others learn and build on cutting-edge blockchain technologies.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js with SQL and Key-Value storage technologies for data management.
Design and implement smart contracts using the Move programming language to support real-world use cases and learning scenarios
Create high-quality technical demos, internal tools, and reference applications that illustrate how to build on Sui and interact with the Move programming language
Collaborate with developer educators to support workshops, live coding sessions, and educational content
Provide technical guidance to developers integrating Sui into their own applications
Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React for frontend development
Strong understanding of Next.js and Node.js for backend logic, APIs, and server-side rendering
Experience with SQL databases and Redis in a real-world, production setting
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for building clean, responsive UIs
Ability to debug, profile, and optimize full-stack applications
Strong communication skills and a friendly, collaborative mindset
Approachable, open to feedback, and enjoy working closely with others to solve problems and share knowledge.
Professional fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required for this role.
Prior exposure to blockchain, Web3, or smart contract development
Technical Teaching or Education Experience
Demonstrated ability to teach or mentor developers through courses, bootcamps, workshops, or community engagement.Comfort leading workshops, writing technical guides, or presenting to developer audiences
