YOUR IMPACT

Redwood is looking to expand our team of Solutions Engineers, and in all areas, as demand for our Automation Platform is growing dramatically.

  • Demonstrate products and services within our platform that will be beneficial to Prospects
  • Preparing and delivering effective technical presentations & live overviews to assist in new Account acquisition
  • Enable Account Executives with new insights & feedback to drive new Account acquisition
  • Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations
  • Drive evaluations by new Accounts to validate their Use Cases and prove out their sought business outcomes
  • Continuous learning of new technology as well as your understanding of our platform
  • Observing the high quality of Redwood’s ethical standards in presentations, proposals, and overall representation of the company, including professional image and appearance.
  • Teamwork: Must effectively build relationships with your Team & Company to ensure Customer needs are met and selling obstacles overcome.
  • Resourcefulness: Must be constantly curious and possess a growth mindset.
  • Competitive: Must possess initiative, confidence, and winning attitude.
  • Goal- & Outcome-Oriented: Should possess a proven track record of setting, exceeding, and tracking/measuring/communicating the progress of meaningful objectives and goals.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to include verbal and written communication.
  • Dynamic Adaptability: Ability to shift course and change priorities, adeptly handling complex and dynamic requirements and deadlines with minimum impact to job responsibilities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a pre-sales consulting role, preferably in Enterprise software solutions (Process Automation, ERP, Data Integration, MDM, Business Intelligence, ESB, databases).
  • High level understanding of organizational structures in large enterprises and the typical challenges these organizations are facing 
  • High level understanding of all aspects of ERP solutions: Financials, Procure to Pay, Plan to Build, Quote to Cash, Reporting, Data Quality.  
  • Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University.
  • 3+ years of technical experience via Customer Success, Technical Support or Professional Services
  • Ability to present products or services industry that would be beneficial to your client business, plan detailed presentations that show clients your product info, pricing, and benefits
