Solutions Consultant , West Coast

CreatorIQ’s Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers. As strategic advisors to both internal and external stakeholders, the SC team collaborates across the organization to educate prospects and clients on the business value CreatorIQ delivers. This role requires a dynamic, analytical, and adaptable individual who can quickly absorb complex information, think creatively, and effectively translate insights into impactful solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a key member of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our enterprise and mid-market customers to uncover goals in order to map an end-to-end solution

  • Attend client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes 

  • Create compelling presentations and collateral  to highlight product value to a specific customer 

  • Deliver presentations both virtually and in person

  • Work with customers to educate them on the business value CreatorIQ can provide 

  • Assist with sales activities with potential and existing customers in a pre-sales capacity 

  • Create strategic business reports providing clients with meaningful, actionable insights about their brand, products, or campaigns

  • Summarize key trends and insights, including the ability to decipher which delivery method is best to showcase the right results.  

  • Work in conjunction with sales and sales operations to develop timely and professional responses to assigned sections of RFPs’ and RFIs’ 

  • Become an active, integral part of sales strategy and execution 

  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position

Who you are: 

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a SaaS company within either the social media ecosystem, in Solutions Consulting, or directly in the Influencer Marketing industry

  • You are a clear communicator who can command a room from C-suite down to practitioner 

  • You take a methodical and meticulous approach to preparation and execution 

  • You are eager to become an expert on CreatorIQ’s platform and maintain your product knowledge through continuing training and education  

What you’ll need to be successful: 

  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships 

  • Ability to read situations and people and react accordingly 

  • Ability to demonstrate software products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge 

  • Comfortable and effective while collaborating within a team environment 

  • Self-starter with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
