Role Description: Solutions Architect 
 
Role Purpose: 
 
Wasabi Technologies is seeking a driven individual to provide pre-sales technical support for strategic partner opportunities. You will work closely with our Business Development team, engaging with partners to help them evaluate, integrate, and deploy Wasabi cloud storage into their products and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales technical support for OEM opportunities including discovery, assessments, and solution design. 
  • Engage with OEM partners to understand requirements and architect Wasabi storage integrations. 
  • Deliver product demos, POCs, and technical presentations covering Wasabi OEM platform capabilities (WACM, WACAPI, Custom Domains & more), account structure, and data management. 
  • Validate API integrations and review technical logs during evaluation. 
  • Support security and compliance discussions including ISO 27001 and data residency requirements. 
  • Develop reference architectures, integration guides, and technical documentation. 
  • Act as technical liaison between partners and internal organizations. 
  • Support partner certification and validation of integrations. 
  • Provide partner feedback to Product Management to influence the product roadmap. 
  • Manage multiple partner engagements simultaneously. 
Requirements:
  • Self-starter with high drive and ability to work independently. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity for new technologies. 
  • 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a customer/partner-facing technical role. 
  • Experience with cloud storage, object storage, or S3-compatible systems. 
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their storage services. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. 

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of AI/ML workloads and their data storage requirements (training data, model checkpoints, inference pipelines). 
  • Background in backup, disaster recovery, or data protection solutions. 
  • Prior experience in an OEM or Technology Alliance Partner environment.
