Job Summary
We’re seeking a strategic and technically adept Solution Architect to join our team and serve as the critical link between customer needs and technical execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, translate complex requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions, and guide implementation through sprint-based planning and agile delivery. You’ll be responsible for designing and presenting tailored architectures, supporting development and testing teams, and ensuring every solution is delivered with precision, empathy, and long-term maintainability. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that demands both technical fluency and a strong sense of business alignment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and present solutions
  • Analyze complex technical information and assess business requirements within existing database and system architecture
  • Develop and maintain software applications with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Provide development and testing support to engineering teams
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues 
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
  • Collaborate with teams and also work independently when needed
  • Apply best practices to ensure maintainable solutions
  • Contribute to engaging customer experiences with a strong eye for detail and usability
  • Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in software development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with JavaScript, API, JSON and Node.js
  • Familiarity with modern UI frameworks 
  • Deep understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for delivering customer-centric solutions and engaging user experiences

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $150,000 (depending on location).  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.  The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary and certain positions may be offered with additional variable incentives.
