We are seeking a Sales Engineer with hands-on experience and deep product knowledge in at least one of the following IAM platforms: SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Saviynt, or CyberArk. In this role, you will work closely with a Sales Executive to drive technical pre-sales efforts, articulate value propositions, and design customized IAM solutions to meet customer requirements.

You will act as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle—engaging with clients, conducting product demonstrations, leading discovery sessions, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure seamless handoffs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Sales Executives to understand client requirements, map them to IAM solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demos.

  • Solution Design: Architect IAM solutions that align with client needs using platforms such as SailPoint, Ping, ForgeRock, Saviynt, or CyberArk.

  • RFP/RFI Response: Assist in crafting detailed, technically accurate responses to RFPs and RFIs.

  • Client Discovery: Lead or participate in technical discovery sessions to assess customer IAM maturity and identify gaps or opportunities.

  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Design and support PoCs or pilot programs to demonstrate the value and capabilities of Simeio's services and our IAM partner products.

  • Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Delivery, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure alignment and accuracy of proposed solutions.

  • Thought Leadership: Stay current on IAM industry trends and innovations and educate clients and internal teams on key changes.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or IAM Consultant role.

  • Deep hands-on knowledge of at least one IAM platform: SailPoint, Ping, ForgeRock, Saviynt, or CyberArk.

  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, federation, provisioning, and access governance.
