✨ Position Overview ✨
We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect for Work and Asset Management projects to join our team and help us exceed customer expectations.
As a key player in our organization, you’ll work closely with utility clients to design, implement, and optimize Work and Asset Management solutions that address complex business needs.
📌 Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to align their business goals with SpryPoint’s best-in-class solutions
- Partner with clients to asset Asset Management and Work Management programs in place and provide roadmap for improvements and achievement of client goals with these programs
- Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration designs to deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure high-quality implementations by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and providing feedback on process designs
- Oversee system configuration and provide input on training and testing materials
- Maintain and update project documentation, including issue logs, configuration guides, and test cases.
🎓 Qualifications and Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in leading and participating in the implementation of Asset Management and Work Management enterprise software for local governments and Utilities
- Proven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects
- Experience with Utility Customer Information Systems and Customer Engagement Portals is a plus
- Experience leading software implementation project teams is a plus
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex concepts clearly
- A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, senior management, and team members
- A sharp, analytical mind, capable of solving complex problems quickly and efficiently
- In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies for large-scale software projects
- The ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with analyzing large data sets is a bonus
- Knowledge of Reporting & Business Intelligence platforms is a plus.
