We are seeking an experienced and talented Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role across our pre-sales, pilot, and post-sale organizations, ensuring successful customer implementation of Akeyless solutions. This role is essential in driving customer satisfaction through a solution-oriented approach combined with deep technical expertise in Secrets Management, DevOps, Security, and Cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will excel in understanding and solving complex customer challenges related to credentials management, key management, certificate management, and zero trust access. A strong grasp of IT, Engineering, and DevOps infrastructure is crucial for success in this position.
You will collaborate primarily with enterprise tech-adopting US companies, leading demos and pilot processes alongside top-tier DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams. This is a highly impactful role that demands deep professional knowledge and high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical sales meetings, including presentations and demos, and independently build labs (demo environments) when needed.
- Conduct hands-on pilots (POCs) in customer environments (remotely), showcasing a strong command of Akeyless services and their latest product enhancements.
- Provide input on customer onboarding plans and support advanced customer issues.
- Clearly log and communicate customer needs, requests, and pilot requirements, offering creative, tailored solutions in collaboration with Technical Product Managers and R&D Engineers.
- Respond to competitive analyses and product use case inquiries in coordination with Product Marketing.
- Plan, attend, and deliver engaging webinars, meetups, and conference presentations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience doing Presales as a Solutions Architect, Technical Pre-Sales, or Sales Engineer with a recognized software vendor.
- Demonstrated expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies.
- Passionate technologist who enjoys learning and mastering new technologies, products, tools, infrastructure, and open-source projects.
- Solid background in infrastructure systems and familiarity with Information Security/Cloud Security, with expertise in at least one of the following areas: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Certificate Management & PKI infrastructure, KMS, HSM, SSH Management, and Credentials Management.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Configuration Management tools, IaaS, and IAM is a plus.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault is advantageous.
- Exceptional presentation skills with English fluency at a native or near-native level.

Base salary: $160K-$180K
