About The Role

We are seeking an individual with a technical sales background interested in expanding their skillset in one of the fastest-growing CRM and Marketing Automation ecosystems. This person will report to our Solutions Architect Team Lead and will be a key contributor to our Sales Team to drive deals and technical solutions forward. 

This role is ideal for those that are technically proficient, are eager to be a part of a dynamic sales process, and are motivated to help craft a vision for a solution that meets our client’s needs. As a Solutions Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in showing clients all that HubSpot has to offer for their requirements, how we can architect their solution, and sharing compelling user stories with potential prospects, all while fostering strong client relationships along the way.

In addition, we are looking for someone who not only has experience building solutions in HubSpot but also truly loves pushing the boundaries of the platform. The ideal candidate should have a smooth, creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for exploring the full potential of HubSpot.

A Normal Day in This Role

  • Co-sell deals alongside A8 and HubSpot’s Sales Teams
  • Build demo portals and Proof of Concepts to support Sales Process
  • Produce scopes of work for projects
  • Review technical documentation to assess feasibility
  • Architect business and technical solutions for prospects during the pre-sale phase
  • Contribute to the Solution Architect body of knowledge
  • Serve as a technical SME for delivery teams post-sale

About You

  • Previous experience translating business and technical requirements into project scopes
  • Ability to communicate and present technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience conducting discovery and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot’s products and use cases
  • Embrace responsible AI use to make yourself, team, and customer more efficient
  • A deep passion for technology and the ability to learn quickly
  • A friendly and enthusiastic attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-motivated
