Who We Are 

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

Job Summary

The Solution Analyst is responsible for ensuring successful data migrations for PCMI clients during SaaS implementations. The Solutions Analyst is a critical role interfacing between Application Consultants and Conversion Engineers. This role will analyze client data conversion requirements, manage JIRA tickets, perform unit testing, and ensure quality control for accurate data migrations to the PCRS platform.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze data conversion requirements between client legacy systems and the PCRS platform. 
  • Create and manage JIRA tickets and Kanban backlog to plan and track project progress to support timeline commitments
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration across internal teams and clients to address data mapping questions and resolve discrepancies
  • Develop and execute test plans; conduct unit testing, ensuring data accuracy and completeness of control totals to expected outcomes as well as produce comprehensive documentation
  • Perform and document quality control checks to ensure seamless data conversion
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis and to validate conversion results
  • Collaborate with the Application Consultants and Conversion Engineers to drive completion of project tasks and desired outcomes
  • Provide detailed status updates and risk assessments to Application Consultants
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in PCRS administration platform for the customer’s end-to-end business operations  
  • Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; meeting project schedules; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with others within the team; articulate ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identify client needs early; and assist Professional Services in driving the resolution of issues
  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones
  • Collaborate closely with PCMI Application Consultants Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
  • Monitor and recommend improvements for data quality, integrity, security, and governance of PCRS, including process optimizations.
  • Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation
  • Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
  • Achieve seamless data transitions, ensuring client satisfaction and implementation success.
  • Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Maintain an 80% or higher utilization rate within Professional Services

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
  • 2-4 years of demonstrable experience as a Business or Solutions Analyst at a SaaS company in Professional Services.
  • Experience working all facets of enterprise level SaaS implementations. 
  • Prior experience in the auto industry, specifically with after-market warranty services 
  • Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with using JIRA in a SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of data migration processes and testing methodologies.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 

Travel Requirements

  • Travel 5-10% for internal meetings.  Exception based travel to Client site, as needed.
