Primary Responsibilities 

Bozzuto’s Strategic Business Solutions Department is seeking to add a Solutions Advisor with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to their team. The Solutions Advisor will serve as the first line of support for the Property Management technology ecosystem, providing effective assistance to site users across Bozzuto Management Company. The Solutions Advisor will deliver technical support via the helpdesk, addressing user questions, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal use of business-critical software systems. Supported platforms include, but are not limited to: Yardi Voyager, CRM, RENTCafe, PAYscan, CHECKscan, and OneSite.


As the Solutions Advisor your primary responsibilities include: 

  • Provide daily support for various Property Management Software programs, including but not limited to Yardi Voyager, CRM, RENTCafe, and OneSite.
  • Deliver ongoing assistance with key operational processes such as credit screening, payment processing, revenue management, financial reporting, and month end close.
  • Train site staff on Bozzuto policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective software use.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze software-related issues to optimize platform performance and utilization.
  • Support and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments including Accounting, Marketing, and Training to address and resolve software issues efficiently.
What you bring to Us
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field -OR- equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume environments, efficiently managing many support requests.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage tasks based on urgency and impact.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and consistent on-brand messaging.
  • Familiarity with property management software applications is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the multifamily real estate industry is preferred.

Salary Range
$65,000$75,000 USD
