Solution Engineer, GTL

Among other internal services, we develop and operate a global testing platform. We're inviting a Solution Engineer to assist our clients in navigating complex technical landscapes, design and implement solutions tailored to their unique challenges, and offer expert guidance to optimize their systems and processes. Your knowledge will be crucial in helping our clients achieve operational efficiency and your impact will be felt directly in their success. What you'll be doing:

• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in providing technology solutions and strategies.

• Design, configure, and implement technical solutions across a variety of platforms and services, ensuring clients' needs are met with precision and efficiency.

• Provide in-depth technical consultations, including conducting workshops, delivering presentations, and performing product demonstrations to empower clients with knowledge and best practices.

• Collaborate with product teams to align on solution offerings, ensuring a seamless integration.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical staff, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms and actionable insights.

What we need to see:

• BA/BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience.

• Python development experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide comprehensive solutions.

• Proven track record to work independently, plan tasks, and execute effectively.

• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in verbal and written technical English at an upper-intermediate level.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Expertise in GitLab and JIRA.

• Experience with programming languages such as Golang and Perl.
