About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Solution Consultant (NOAM) to join our Solution Consulting team at Zone & Co. In this highly collaborative, customer-facing role, you’ll partner closely with Sales to support the pre-sales process—bringing technical expertise, strategic insights, and tailored product demonstrations that help our prospects see the full value of our solutions.

You'll play a pivotal role in helping finance leaders, CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A teams solve complex challenges across Accounts Payable automation, reporting, and payroll workflows. By translating finance operations pain points into impactful product narratives, you'll directly influence customer outcomes and business growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Be a strategic partner to Sales: Lead technical discovery and guide solution strategies that align with each prospect’s business goals and finance operations.

  • Deliver engaging, tailored product demos: Showcase how our solutions drive automation, compliance, and efficiency—specifically across AP, reporting, and payroll.

  • Create compelling solution narratives: Translate complex financial processes (multi-entity payables, reconciliations, reporting compliance) into clear business value.

  • Engage with executive stakeholders: Adapt your communication style to resonate with C-suite decision-makers, highlighting ROI and long-term impact.

  • Contribute to product feedback and growth: Act as the voice of the field, sharing insights with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to help shape roadmap and strategy.

  • Support internal knowledge sharing: Help onboard and mentor new SCs, contribute to enablement materials, and share best practices across the team.

  • Stay sharp and curious: Continuously develop your product expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative approach through learning and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Sales Engineering, ideally in SaaS or financial tech environments.

  • Working knowledge of finance and accounting workflows—especially Accounts Payable and financial reporting.

  • Experience with ERP/financial systems like NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle, Intacct, Tipalti, Ramp, or Stampli.

  • Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical users and business leaders.

  • A consultative, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Travel Requirement: This role requires up to 25% travel.
