Your Career

Founded with the insight that technology has the power to make people’s lives better and recognized as one of the world’s most innovative companies, ServiceNow provides a platform that makes workflows work.  We are hiring for a Solution Architect within our Technology Practice who will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services. The Solution Architect will be responsible for architecting, leading and designing solutions using leading practices on complex professional services projects.

Your Impact

  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact and key interface for ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM project solutions
  • Define technical solutions for architecture and design that are aligned with client’s business solutions, within ITOM/CMDB implementations best practices.
  • Manage all aspects of ServiceNow based application and systems development, design, coding, debugging, troubleshooting and query optimization
  • Contribute, create, and customize ITOM and ITSM ServiceNow applications and solutions
  • Presales Demo and Proof of Value for prospective customers.
  • Conduct requirements analysis sessions, customer workshops and technical guidance to capture all necessary technical design for the best implementation solution
  • Collaborate with Delivery Management on creating a plan that drives results based on the customers’ requirements and budget
  • Research industry impact and innovative opportunities to propose product enhancements
  • Provide engineers with architectural blueprints/requirements for implementations
  • Draft use proposals (SOW), use cases and functional requirements documents
  • Provide technical assistance in a pre-sale’s capacity and Proof of Value for prospective clients

Your Experience

  • 8-12 years of IT Services and proven business architecture experience
  • Minimum 4 years preferred work experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Expert level proficiency with ITOM/CMDB product line including
  • Experience with implementing integrations with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB process (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB/CSDM, Cloud Management, Orchestration)
  • Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SOAP, SCP, FTPS
  • Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc
  • Passion in engineering science and technology. Applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of managed services.
  • Collaboration with customers is something you love to do! Including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Thrives in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment!

Education & Certifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • ServiceNow CIS and/or CSA certifications (preferred)
