  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, security teams, and other stakeholders throughout discovery, design, and delivery.
  • Guide integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, APIs, SQL data sources, and approved third-party applications.

  • Establish and promote standards for development, application lifecycle management, source control, documentation, testing, security, and deployment.
  • Identify architectural, security, data, integration, licensing, and operational risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor developers and technical team members through design guidance, troubleshooting, reusable patterns, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with architects across various teams and the broader enterprise to align solution designs with shared architecture standards, integration patterns, and strategic technology direction.

Required Qualifications:
  • Requires an Associate Degree in Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or Business preferred
  • 10+ years of job-related technical experience
  • Extensive technical experience, including recent solution architecture and development experience with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
  • Proven experience architecting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, particularly Sales and/or Customer Service.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Logic Apps, and related Power Platform capabilities.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable tools, source control, application lifecycle management, CI/CD automation, and enterprise deployment practices.
  • Understanding of security, privacy, identity and access management, compliance, and data-governance principles.
  • Experience translating architecture into executable delivery work within an Agile environment, combined with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions, mentor technical teams, and manage evolving priorities in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
