The Solution Architect, Centric Planning partners with clients and internal delivery teams to design and implement planning solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. This role translates complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs, defining software architecture and configuration to support retail, merchandising, and supply chain planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and optimize business processes in collaboration with client business experts
• Work closely with solution delivery teams on technical design and customer-specific implementations
• Collect, analyze, challenge, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Define software architecture and configuration to meet required business processes
• Support system testing, validation, and implementation readiness
Qualifications:
• Scientific or technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong technical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of database queries (MS SQL Server)
• Knowledge of retail business processes and industry challenges at both strategic and operational levels
• Proven consulting experience within IT, merchandising, or supply chain planning
• Experience with enterprise business applications and planning management systems
Nice to Have:
• Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Experience with ERP software modules
• Knowledge of data science concepts
• Power BI experience, including dataset modeling and dashboard design
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $160,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary and certain positions may be offered with additional variable incentives.
