The Role:

Magna is seeking a capable and collaborative Solution Architect 1 to join our Delivery Team. This role is designed for Salesforce professionals with minimum 4 years of experience who have developed cross-platform proficiency and are ready to independently lead projects. We are looking for experience in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud platforms. Solution Architects are expected to fully own non-strategic solutions across multiple Salesforce platforms and have the ability to lead strategic projects wherein they employ the full breadth of the solution resources at their disposal. They also serve as mentors to junior teammates and actively support internal improvements and pre-sales scoping efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead the architecture and delivery of non-strategic Salesforce projects across one or more platforms.
  • Own full solution lifecycles—from discovery and design through implementation, testing, documentation, and handover.
  • Lead strategic projects by directing work across solution, development, and project management resources.
  • Facilitate discovery and requirement sessions with clients, translating business goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical implementation aligns with solution design and best practices.
  • Review and guide the work of Associate Solution Architects, Solution Specialists, Developers and QA Engineers providing mentorship and feedback.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for solution-related discussions and platform guidance.
  • Support the Sales team by contributing to scoping, level of effort estimates, and solution strategy for prospective projects.
  • Deliver training, walkthroughs, and solution documentation as part of project handoffs.
  • Identify reusable patterns and contribute to internal solution documentation and standards.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and trends and apply relevant innovations across active projects.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and accountability within the solution team.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce consulting or equivalent experience across multiple Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead portions of projects and deliver quality solutions with limited oversight.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience working directly with clients.
  • Capable of translating complex business requirements into Salesforce architecture and configurations with user stories and test script documentation 
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to their growth.
  • Familiarity with technical design patterns and integration strategies.
  • Confident in working alongside Sales to support discovery and scoping conversations.
  • Driven to grow expertise and take on greater ownership within the Delivery Team.
