About the Role:
We’re seeking a Software Quality Engineer to own and evolve build systems and pipelines. You’ll design and maintain robust, flexible workflows that connect platforms, improve quality, and enable teams to ship confidently. You’ll work across diverse tech stacks, making pragmatic trade‑offs to move quickly while laying strong long‑term foundations.
In this role, you will:
Own and improve build systems across interconnected platforms.
Drive software quality and developer productivity at scale.
Build flexible, scalable foundations while adapting to platform requirements.
Stand up new systems and take them through production.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth, high‑quality releases.
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on build systems, infrastructure, or quality engineering.
Have a track record of improving software quality and developer productivity in complex environments.
Are comfortable working across diverse tech stacks and platforms.
Have taken systems from early development through production.
Exercise strong judgment balancing speed, quality, and long‑term maintainability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with application and service build pipelines.
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment workflows at scale.
Background in performance optimization, automated testing, and release engineering.
