Job Overview:

As a Software QA & Testing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of software quality. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of testing plans, the execution of tests, and the reporting of issues found. Your role will help to maintain system efficiency, prevent crashes, and ensure the optimal functioning of software products.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning: Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.

Test Implementation: Execute test plans and scripts to test system software, applications, and hardware.

Quality Assurance: Identify, analyze and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing. Assist software developers in finding solutions to the problems.

Documentation: Develop and maintain clear, concise, and detailed test plans and test case documentation.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Automation: Design and implement automated testing where applicable.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in a QA role with a focus on software testing.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools.

Strong hands on Manual Testing 

Experience with Automation testing, Performance testing.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Other: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
